Who is Crew Money LLC? 

A marketer and distributor of a signature-based International Debit Card, a PIN-based International ATM Card and VoIP Telecommunication Products and Services designed exclusively for Cruise Line Employees. 

Crew Money LLC is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and is owned and operated by former Cruise Line Employees with over 50 years of combined experience. 

Both the signature-based International Debit Card and PIN-based International ATM Card are issued by Loyal Bank Limited, a Principal Member Bank, licensed and certified by MasterCard International.  Loyal Bank Limited has its headquarters offices in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and a representative office in Budapest, Hungary.  

Easy Money Transfer Service was developed in conjunction with Loyal Bank Limited to provide Cruise Line Employees with a bank account and thereby are issued both a Loyal Bank International Debit Card and an International ATM Card offering a safe and secure deposit account to which the Cruise Line Employee can deposit their wages and miscellaneous cash.

Introduction 

For our card program, Crew Money, LLC. has contracted with Loyal Bank Limited (the “Bank”) of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  With our card program, Crew Money offers our customers - cruise line employees - two types of international bank cards: an International ATM Card and an International Debit Card.  Both cards can be used anywhere the MasterCard, Maestro and Cirrus logos are seen which constitutes one of the largest Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Point-of-Sale (POS) networks in the world. There are over 30 million POS sites and over 1 million ATM sites.

The Bank is a Principal Member Bank of MasterCard International and issues US Dollar ATM and Debit Cards that are linked to a bank account in the cardholder’s name.    

History of Loyal Bank Limited

The Bank was incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines on the 17th of September, 1997 and was granted the Banking License from IFSA (International Financial Services Authority).  Within one year, Loyal Bank became a Principal Member of MasterCard International Card Association and a Member of S.W.I.F.T. international interbank network (LOYAVCVX).

Year 2001 commenced with the launching of Internet Banking, which allowed Bank account holders to view their bank account history, initiate wire transfers and place deposits on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year from anywhere in the world.

At the end of year 2002, the Bank implemented the Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Know Your Customer Policy to counter the threats arising from money laundering and financial crimes and to comply with the US Patriot Act. 

Year 2003, the Bank launched its "The Pursuit of Excellence in Advanced Banking Services" program and Loyal Bank became the largest international bank in St.Vincent and the Grenadines.

At present, Loyal Bank Limited has a fully operational Head Office in St. Vincent and a European Representative Office in Budapest, Hungary.   All together with support, its personnel and customer service total 60 full time employees.

Due Diligence

Due diligence is a major cornerstone of the Bank, and as such, all the customers are subject to appropriate due diligence.  This will seek to assure that the institution is comfortable conducting business with a particular customer given the customer's risk profile.  In 2002, the Bank further developed its' AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies for both existing and new customers. They have been developed keeping in mind the practices required by regulatory authorities of the banking sector. This procedure was also designed to be simple, well defined and easy to accomplish.

Furthermore, the Bank operates in a regulatory environment that is internationally recognized in the fight against money laundering. In addition to due diligence, the Bank also subjects those customers that may present greater risks to enhanced due diligence.

The Bank is fully aware that the AML and KYC policies are not only a tool for combating financial crime, but play an important role in the proper management of this financial institution.  As part of a sound internal control environment, Loyal Bank has policies, practices and procedures in place that promote high ethical and professional standards. In addition, Loyal Bank has adopted the recommendations of financial authorities concerning customer identification and record-keeping.
