What is EmpaSys™
The EmpaSys™ Prepaid Debit Card Cash Loading Service is a web-based tool that allows merchants to load cash onto your Loyal Bank International Debit Card and/or International ATM Card.
Here is a typical debit card load process:
Step 1: Go to a merchant location that is a member of the EmpaSys™ network. If you are a first time user, you will need to register and provide a Personal ID which can be up to 10 digits long and can be any combination of alpha and numeric characters. The Personal ID is not a password. The ID is meant to speed up the search process at other EmpaSys™ locations.
Step 2: Present the clerk with your debit card and the amount of money $20.00 to $1,000.00. A service fee of $4.95 will be added to the amount you are loading onto your card.
Step 3: Having received your debit card and money, the clerk logs into the EmpaSys™ website and applies the appropriate amount of money onto the customers debit card.
Step 4: After completing the transaction, the clerk will then print a transaction receipt and give it to the customer.
Step 5: Transaction complete: You can immediately use the money loaded onto your debit card.

GreenDot® MoneyPak® allows you to put your cash where you need it, fast and guaranteed!
Here’s how it works….
Step 1: First, take a MoneyPak to the cashier and purchase any amount from $20.00 to $500.00. A service fee of $4.95 will be added to your purchase.

and click on "Find a GDFN Retail Location," which appears
on the left side of the page or call Greendot
at 1-800-473-3636. Please have the MoneyPak
number (located on the bottom of your MoneyPak card) and the account
number you wish to apply these funds to.
Step 3: GreenDot will then apply the funds to your card.
