Banking Guide: Internet Bank Access: How to use it :

Go to  http://www.loyalbank.com  choose Login to Internet Bank 'with the Internet Access Code' or 'with Digipass Response Code' depending on the type of access you have.

Customer Login with the Internet Access Code

You will see the following:

Click on the picture above to go to the Log in page.

• Enter your Customer ID Number (8 digits)
• Enter your Internet Access Code
• Click Login

Internet Bank Main Menu appears. You can check your Current Account balance and the details of the last transactions.

Customer Login with the Digipass Response Code

You will see the following:

• Enter your Customer ID Number (8 digits)
• Enter your Digipass Response Code
  
  
  To generate your Digipass Response Code take the following steps:
  • Press the On/Off button on your Digipass
  • Press the I button on your Digipass
  • Enter your 4 digit PIN number
  • Press the = button
  • Enter the Response Code that you can see on the display of Digipass into the textbox.
  
  
• Click Login
• Internet Bank Main Menu appears.

Internet Bank Menu

CURRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE(s)

Every time you access the Internet Bank, you see the window showing your current account balance in each currency. You can also access this window by clicking 'Balance/History'.

TRANSACTION HISTORY

To check your last transactions click on the 'Balance/History' button

You will see this screen:

Your on-line transactions (calculated and acknowledged by the Bank, but not booked yet) will be displayed in blue font and your booked transactions will be displayed in black font.

INTERNAL BANK TRANSFER

To execute a transfer of funds from one account to another within Loyal Bank, click on the 'Internal Transfer' button.
The following screen appears:

To make internal transfer please follow the steps:

• Select the currency of your account from which you wish to make this transfer
• Enter the Beneficiary's account number (12 digits)
• Select the currency of the beneficiary's account
• Enter the details of payment
• Enter the amount to be transferred (without decimals)
• The Current Date Stamp is automatically generated by the system in the YYYYMMDDhhmm format
• Generate the Electronic Signature with your Digipass device as follows:
  
  
  • Press the On/Off button on your Digipass
  • Press the S button on your Digipass
  • Enter your 4 digit PIN number
  • When the sign '-' appears on the display of the Digipass, enter the beneficiary's account number, and press the = button, sign '-' appears
  • Type in the amount to be transferred, and press the = button
  • Enter the same Current Date Stamp in YYYYMMDDhhmm format, press the = button and when the '-' sign appears, press the = button again
  
  
• Enter the appeared Electronic Signature into the relevant text box of the Internet Bank screen
• Click on the Accept button
• Check all the data and then finalize the transfer by clicking Confirm button.

EXTERNAL BANK TRANSFER

To execute a transfer of funds to another bank, click on the External Transfer button.
The following screen appears:

• Select the currency of your account from which you wish to send the transfer
• Enter beneficiary's account number, beneficiary's name, beneficiary bank details (its name, account number, SWIFT/ ABA code), intermediary bank's details, if any (intermediary bank's name, account number, or SWIFT / ABA code).
  Please enter full beneficiary' account number, F.i. ABC0001234-5678-87654321.
• Enter the details of payment
• Enter the amount to be transferred (without decimals)
• Select the currency in which you wish to send the transfer
• The Current Date Stamp is generated automatically by the system in the YYYYMMDDhhmm format
• Generate the Electronic Signature using your Digipass as follows:
  • Press the On/Off button on your Digipass
  • Press the S button on your Digipass device
  • Enter your 4 digit PIN number
  • When the sign '-' appears on the display of the Digipass, enter the beneficiary's account number. Please enter only the first 12 (or less) numeric digits and omit letters and zeroes in the beginning of the beneficiary's account, F.i. instead of ABC0001234-5678-87654321 enter 123456788765.
    Then press button =, sign '-' appears.
  • Type in the amount to be transferred, and press the = button
  • Enter the same Current Date Stamp in YYYYMMDDhhmm format, press the = button and when the '-' sign appears, press the = button again
• Enter the appeared Electronic Signature into the relevant text box of the Internet Bank screen
• Click on the Accept button
• Check all the data and then finalize the transfer by clicking Confirm button

EXCHANGE

The exchange transaction can only be executed between your own accounts and in the currencies in which you have Current Account with the Bank.

To exchange your money from one currency to another - click on the Exchange button and you will get this screen:

To exchange money:

• Enter the amount of exchange transaction in one of the fields (Note: you can specify either exact amount that will be debited from your source account or the exact amount that will be credited to your target account. The exchange charges are applied accordingly).
• Select the currencies of exchange (the source and target currency of your account)
• You will get an information window with calculation of your exchange transaction
• The Current Date Stamp is automatically generated by the system in the following YYYYMMDDhhmm format
• Generate Electronic Signature using your Digipass device as follows:
  • Press the On/Off button on your Digipass
  • Press the S button on your Digipass device
  • Enter your 4 digit PIN number
  • When the sign '-' appears on the display of the Digipass, enter the amount to be exchanged, and press the = button, sign '-' appears
  • Enter the same Current Date Stamp in YYYYMMDDhhmm format, press the = button and when the '-' sign appears, press the = button again
• Enter the appeared Electronic Signature into the relevant text box of the Internet Bank screen
• Click on the Accept button
• Check all the data and then finalize the transfer by clicking Confirm button.
